Pickup from Wednesdays to Saturdays. Cut-off time to place your order is 11 am every Tuesday and Thursday.

There is a $12 pickup fee, but it is waived for orders above $35.

How long can I keep the desserts before it expires?

To ensure the highest quality, our Mille Crêpes and mini desserts needs to be refrigerated at all times and consumed within 48 hours from pickup

What is your refund policy?

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your order and request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you request a refund more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time, we will process your refund and deduct a processing fee of $6.

If you request a refund within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time:

- after your cake has been prepared, we will not be able to process a refund

- before your cake has been prepared, we will process your refund minus a processing fee of $6.

Please note that some items may not be eligible for a refund, such as custom-made or personalized items. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny refunds for any items that do not meet our return policy requirements.
