Where can I buy your cakes?

What are your hours in San Jose?
Sunday to Tuesday – 11 am to 6 pm
Wednesday to Saturday – 11 am to 8 pm
Do you offer delivery service?
We provide delivery service ($30) direct from our central kitchen in San Jose every Saturday to SF and select cities listed below. The cut-off time to place your order is noon every Friday. Delivery time will be provided the day before delivery.

Where can I collect my Mille Crêpes after I've placed my order?
You can pick up your order from our location in San Jose or our virtual stores in SF, Oakland, San Mateo, or Redwood City.How long can I keep the Mille Crêpes before it expires?
To ensure the highest quality, our Mille Crêpes needs to be refrigerated at all times and consumed within 48 hours from pickupWhat is your refund policy?
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your order and request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you request a refund more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time, we will process your refund and deduct a processing fee of $6.
If you request a refund within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time:
- after your cake has been prepared, we will not be able to process a refund
- before your cake has been prepared, we will process your refund minus a processing fee of $6.
Please note that some items may not be eligible for a refund, such as custom-made or personalized items. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny refunds for any items that do not meet our return policy requirements.
